1. Who we are
Fulfill IQ is a fulfillment analytics application for Shopify stores, operated by Serve AI LLC, a New York limited liability company.

This policy explains what Fulfill IQ collects, how it is used, how long it is kept, and where it is stored.
2. Our role
Fulfill IQ is installed by a merchant onto their own Shopify store.
For data about your store's customers, you (the merchant) are the controller and Serve AI LLC is the processor. We process that data only to provide analytics back to you. For data about you as our customer, we are the controller.
If you are a shopper who bought from a store using Fulfill IQ, we have no direct relationship with you. Please contact that store; they can exercise your rights and we will assist them.
3. What we collect
3.1 From Shopify
Fulfill IQ requests nine access scopes, all read-only. We request no write permissions, and we do not request access to your customer records.
Through them we read and store your order, fulfillment, location, product, and inventory data. These are the operational records Fulfill IQ analyses to produce your fulfillment metrics.
3.2 Customer personal information: three fields only
From each order's shipping address we store only:
- the destination postal code
- the destination state or province code
- the destination country code
We do not collect or store customer names, email addresses, telephone numbers, street addresses, or city names. Our queries to Shopify explicitly exclude those fields. They are never transmitted to us.
We also derive a shipping distance from the postal code, and aggregate destinations into three-digit postal prefixes for regional mapping. We store the Shopify customer identifier only where required to respond to a data or deletion request about that customer.
3.3 From you
Your store domain, store name, Shopify plan, country, and timezone; the name and email address of the store user who signs in, supplied by Shopify during authentication; your configuration choices in the app; and anything you send us by email.
3.4 Historical backfill
On installation we retrieve up to 365 days of your historical orders and fulfillments.
3.5 Payment information
Fulfill IQ never receives payment card details or any payment credentials. All billing is handled by Shopify.
4. How we use it
To provide, secure, and support your fulfillment analytics; to send transactional email about your account; and to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or use it to train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.
5. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on contract (to provide the service you subscribed to), legitimate interests (to secure and maintain the service, and to retain the limited record described in Section 8), and legal obligation. Where we act as your processor, we process on your instructions and you are responsible for the legal basis applicable to the underlying data.
6. How long we keep it

Data older than its window is deleted automatically. Deletion requests are honoured as described in Sections 8 and 9 regardless of these windows. Account records are retained while your subscription is active.
7. Sharing, storage, and security
We do not sell or rent information. We share it only with service providers who host our infrastructure, store our data, and deliver transactional email, each processing it on our behalf under contract and for that purpose alone. A current list of our sub-processors is available on request to support@fulfilliq.app.
Our demand map loads map tiles from a third-party mapping provider directly in your browser; that provider does not receive your store's data.
All Fulfill IQ data is stored and processed in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable. Copies are available on request.
We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls that scope data to a single store, and limited personnel access. Fulfill IQ holds no write access to your Shopify store and cannot alter anything in it.
8. Uninstalling Fulfill IQ
When you uninstall, Shopify notifies us and sends a formal erasure request. We delete all order, fulfillment, customer-destination, and analytics data, your configuration, and your access credentials. Every piece of information relating to your customers is deleted.
We retain a minimal account record showing that your store previously installed Fulfill IQ, containing your store domain, store name, Shopify plan, trial expiry date, onboarding status, country, and timezone. It contains no customer information and no order or analytics data.
We retain it to prevent repeat free trials through uninstall and reinstall. This is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the service. If you want this record removed as well, email support@fulfilliq.app.
9. Customer data requests
On request through a merchant, we will compile the data we hold about a customer and return it (in practice the destination postal, state, and country codes on their orders, and the fulfillment records for those orders), delete a customer's data, or delete a store's data (Section 8). We complete these within 30 days.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email support@fulfilliq.app and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows. We will not charge you or treat you differently for exercising these rights.
If we hold your information as a processor on a merchant's behalf, please direct your request to that merchant; if you contact us, we will forward it and assist.
California and other US states. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and have not done so in the preceding twelve months. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have rights to know, delete, and correct their information; the contact address above applies, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
11. Children
Fulfill IQ is a business tool. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
12. Data protection terms
Where we process personal information on your behalf as your processor, the data protection terms in our Terms of Service apply and form our data processing agreement with you. They take effect when you install Fulfill IQ.
13. Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will update the effective date above and notify you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
